Here’s a few tips I’ve used to stay consistent:

Make a simple routine
You don’t need a fancy planner or expensive stationery to stay organised. A simple notebook or even your phone can help. Write down the three most important things you need to get done each day, like schoolwork, revision, or even just completing your homework. When you keep it small and realistic, it’s easier to stay consistent.

Don’t wait for motivation
If I waited to feel motivated, I’d get nothing done. Consistency is about showing up even on days you’re tired or stressed. The trick is to start with something short, like ten minutes of revision. Once you begin, it’s easier to keep going.

Balance matters too
Consistency doesn’t mean studying every second. It also means making time to rest, eat well, and do things that make you happy. I’ve realised that when I give myself space to breathe, I come back to my books with a clearer mind.

Check in with yourself
Every Sunday, take a few minutes to look back: What did I manage this week? Where did I struggle? Reflection keeps you honest with yourself and shows you where to adjust without guilt.
