What are your wildest dreams? We’re not talking about career aspirations- let’s park the serious stuff for a change. We’re talking about your bucket list! Don’t have one yet? Let’s help you put it together.
Explore your home
Travelling abroad is on just about everyone’s bucket list, but it can be expensive and quite difficult to do at the moment- especially with COVID-19 restrictions. The good news is that you’d be amazed by just how much there is to do and see in your own town or province! Get into the spirit of travelling by visiting local spots you haven’t been to before, doing some sight-seeing or going out into nature.
Learn a new language
Is there a better flex than being multilingual? This is a great one to have on your list because you can really push the envelope, communicate globally and even find opportunities overseas! You can learn a language from a country that’s
miles away without even leaving house. And unlike travelling, it doesn’t have to be expensive. Check out these free language-learning apps to get started.
Change someone’s life
This is the most underrated bucket list item, ever! This won’t only make you feel good, but it’ll also help the next person and let’s be honest, that’s kinda cool. The truth is, we should set out to help others every single chance we get. So when an opportunity to transform someone’s life comes, add it to your bucket list and run with it.
Get fit
Getting fit is quite tough to do, but if it’s something that’s important to you, you should defs add it to your bucket list. Take the stairs more often, get onto that healthy diet, drink lots of water and you’ll feel fitter in no time! Plus, exercise doesn’t have to be boring- here are some of our favourite yoga poses and some fitspo from Dua Lipa herself to get you started!
Do something extreme
Getting out of your comfort zone is a great way to conquer your fears while experiencing something different. If extreme sports give you a thrill, you could go bungee jumping, cliff diving or scuba-diving. Or, if things such as public speaking or socialising freak you out, challenge yourself to try those out more often! Whatever gets your adrenaline going, that’s the one you should do. Set free the daredevil within! Bucket list items don’t have to be expensive or crazy. The experience is more about you doing and enjoying things that you’ve been putting off for some time. It’s about setting a date to do something you’ve always wanted to do. Think about how empowered and unstoppable you’ll feel once you’ve ticked off everything on your list!
